• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused and undamaged

• Custom or personalised items (including colour requests) are non-refundable unless faulty

• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error or item is defective

• Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
